ICYMI: A Recap of My Recent Newsweek Article in November 2022.

In November 2022, I wrote an article for Newsweek magazine sharing my story.

I remember the day the police had finally caught my father and discovered that he had killed my mother. I share how I was taken into child protective custody and spent the next year living in a foster home.

I wanted to share my story of a survivor of domestic abuse and how I turned my trauma into a source of inspiration and hope for others. Despite the trauma I experienced, I eventually became a filmmaker and podcaster and dedicated my life to helping other victims of domestic abuse. I have been a tireless advocate for justice and have made a positive impact on many people's lives.
